1. The inner surface of the socket and the outer surface of the socket should be cleaned of oil and debris.
3. Chisel a pipe section into two half-section pipes. The outer section pipes with sockets are arranged in the inflow direction of the manhole. When the bottom of the manhole and the depth of the pipeline are common, the disturbed soil foundation needs to be filled with C20 concrete and gravel sand. The manhole floor is more than 250mm away from the pipe end or tail of the socket, and pipe pillows and backing plates should be added.
4. According to the elevation template, determine the center orientation of the pipeline, draw it straight out of the iron brace, pull the centerline, and hang the vertical line.
5. When the pipe joints are disturbed, the hoisting equipment is selected and the hoist electric coiler is used to place the pipe joints in place. It is suitable to use two 1.5t-3.0t chain hoists in the tube section within Φ600 for useful hoists. If electric hoists are used, different tonnage hoists are selected according to different pipe diameters. Before the tube section is closed, apply a neutral lubricant evenly on the outside of the ring; when closing, the chain hoist on both sides of the tube section starts to pull at the same time, so that the rubber seal is properly positioned, not distorted, not dropped, and the centerline of the tube section is away from the bearing. The end and tail of the mouth adhere uniformly to 220-230mm.
