Measured with a steel tape measure, the scale limit error of the nominal length of the mold is + 4 / -3.
3. Cooperative gap between end mold and cylinder
Use a feeler gauge to measure the cooperation gap between the end mold and the cylinder: the centrifugal mold is not greater than 1, and the other molds are not greater than 2.
4.Gap inside and outside the cement pipe mold
Use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the inside and outside of the mold: the centrifugal mold is not larger than 0.4, and the other molds are not larger than 0.8.
5. The inner wall of the cylinder is dislocated after the cement pipe mold is assembled
Measured with a steel ruler. After the mold is assembled, the inner wall of the cylinder is not more than 0.8.
6. The coaxiality of the two running wheels and the cylinder after the centrifugal cement pipe mold is installed
After the cement pipe mold is assembled, it is placed on the experimental centrifuge to measure the internal and external circle runout of the two ends with a dial indicator. After the centrifugal tube mold is installed, the coaxiality between the two running wheels and the cylinder is incorrect. The error is not greater than Φ1.5; when the nominal diameter of the mold is greater than 1000mm, the error is not greater than Φ2.
7. Wheel flange of centrifugal cement pipe mold
With a steel tape measure, the limit error of the running wheel rim of the centrifuge tube mold is -5/2.
8. The bolt should reveal the length of the nut after tightening the closing bolt
Measure with a steel ruler. After tightening the bolts, the nuts should be exposed, and the exposed length should not be greater than 15.
9. Outer surface quality of cement pipe mold, dislocation of weld joint
Measured with a steel ruler, the appearance of the mold should be free of burrs, sharp edges, welding slag and bumps that affect the quality of the appearance.
10. Appearance requirements
Measured by visual inspection and feel, the longitudinal and circumferential ribs are flat, and the paint requirements on the mold's exterior and exterior should conform to the requirements of JC / T 402.
11. No-load experiment
Place the cement pipe mold on the cement pipe forming machine that meets the requirements of the experiment, and work at the speed specified in Table 1 for no less than 10 minutes at a time. The no-load work of the mold should be smooth and free of abnormal noise.
In the application unit, the trial production of three to five pipes, the mold load test should be stable, no abnormal sound, and the mold joints and end mold joints should not leak slurry during load work.
