In our production day, the cement pipe is a relatively frequent pipe. There are three methods for making it. Below, I mainly introduce the centrifugal method to us.

During the production process of the centrifugal process, according to the general centrifugal principle, it can be known that during the production process, the steel mold and the concrete in the mold are subject to the effect of centrifugal force. The vibration caused by the wear of the mold running wheel and the centrifuge carrier wheel or the high-speed rotation of the mold from the centrifuge, and then the concrete is subjected to the effect of the oscillating force. The oscillation frequency of this oscillating force is beneficial to the concrete within a certain limit The compactness.

It can be seen here that during the process of centrifuging the pipe, the concrete cement pipe is subjected to two kinds of effect forces: centrifugal force and oscillating force, during which the centrifugal force plays a leading role. Because the concrete, stone, sand, cement or other fine powder particles are subject to different centrifugal forces due to their different masses, the settlement speed will be different. The stone has the highest mass, the highest centrifugal force, and the fastest sedimentation; the sand is second; the cement and other fine powder particles have the smallest mass relative to other materials, the lowest centrifugal force, and the slowest sedimentation. In this way, the outer wall is a concrete layer, the middle is a cement mortar layer, and the inner wall is a cement slurry layer and a floating slurry layer. Together, the cement particles also settle out, and the remaining water and air in the concrete are squeezed out. With the continuous operation of the centrifugation, the cement slurry between the coarse aggregates continues to settle, and the cement particles are separated from them on the coarse aggregate surface. Form a layer of water film, called inner layer.
