It can be seen here that during the process of centrifuging the pipe, the concrete cement pipe is subjected to two kinds of effect forces: centrifugal force and oscillating force, during which the centrifugal force plays a leading role. Because the concrete, stone, sand, cement or other fine powder particles are subject to different centrifugal forces due to their different masses, the settlement speed will be different. The stone has the highest mass, the highest centrifugal force, and the fastest sedimentation; the sand is second; the cement and other fine powder particles have the smallest mass relative to other materials, the lowest centrifugal force, and the slowest sedimentation. In this way, the outer wall is a concrete layer, the middle is a cement mortar layer, and the inner wall is a cement slurry layer and a floating slurry layer. Together, the cement particles also settle out, and the remaining water and air in the concrete are squeezed out. With the continuous operation of the centrifugation, the cement slurry between the coarse aggregates continues to settle, and the cement particles are separated from them on the coarse aggregate surface. Form a layer of water film, called inner layer.
