The bread brick is actually the ground paving bricks that we can see on the road, such as walking paths, parks, squares, etc. It belongs to the same as the Dutch bricks and is widely used because of its excellent functions.

Subgrade excavation: according to the design requirements, excavate the roadbed, arrange the earthwork, and reach the design elevation; check whether the longitudinal slope, cross slope and sidelines meet the design requirements; trim the subgrade, level the compaction and compaction, and the compaction coefficient reaches 95 %the above.

Cushioning: 120mm thick 3: 7 lime soil layer, large and medium-sized vehicle lanes, 200mm thick 3: 7 lime soil layer, and leveling compaction, compactness, more than 95%.

Grass-roots paving: 120mm thick 3: 7 lime soil or 100mm thick sand and gravel are laid on the sidewalks and garden roads, and leveled and compacted, and the compactness is above 95%. 150mm thick inorganic bonding material should be laid on the small car lane to stabilize the granular cushion (or 150mm thick graded sand and gravel, the maximum particle size should not exceed 60mm, and the minimum particle size and color should not exceed 0.5mm for bread brick design requirements). The driveway should be laid with a 300mm thick inorganic binder to stabilize the granular cushion, and leveled and compacted with compaction, with a compactness of more than 95%.

Laying of the screed layer: The screed layer is made of medium sand, 30 mm thick. The medium sand requires a certain gradation, that is, the gradation sand with a particle size of 0.3-5 mm is leveled.

Surface layer laying: The surface layer is pavement bricks. When laying, the pavement bricks should be laid according to the design drawings, and they should be laid quietly and laid securely with a rubber hammer, but the corners of the bricks must not be damaged. Pavement brick pavement construction and inspection regulations CJJ79-98 stipulate that the minimum thickness of sidewalk and square pavement bricks is 40mm, and the minimum thickness of small car road surface bricks is 60mm

Requirements for jointing sand: The quality of jointing sand should meet the requirements of CJJ79-98.

Each step of laying has detailed requirements, only for better laying effect.
