1. The maximum specifications of the block are: length 300mm, width 300mm, thickness 140mm, and the minimum specifications are: length 100mm, width 100mm, thickness 45mm;
2. The raw materials for permeable bricks can be porcelain, hard ceramics, high-quality concrete pellets, rubber particles, broken glass, etc. High-quality single-grain pellets can be used to ensure that the permeable bricks have good water-permeable precursors, fine powder and mud. Both sand and needles will greatly affect the water permeability, freeze-thaw resistance and service life of floor tiles.
3. Water absorption rate. The average water absorption rate of permeable bricks should not exceed 160kg / m3. (Note: Water absorption rate and water permeability are two completely different concepts. Good water permeability of permeable brick floors does not necessarily have a high water absorption rate.)
4. While the permeable brick has a certain water permeability, it should also have good anti-slip function and decorative effect. The water permeability of the permeable floor depends on the water permeability of the brick body and the water permeability of the brick seam. In actual use, it should also be considered. Breathability, slip resistance and decorative effects.
5, color retention. High-quality floor tiles should have good color retention properties. The pigment used is preferably an iron oxide inorganic pigment. For light-colored concrete permeable bricks, when it is necessary to use white cement as the cementing material, gray cement should be used as the base material and white cement as the surface layer composite pressure vibration molding process to maintain the good protection of the pavement brick. Color, compressive strength, and avoid serious "white birch" phenomenon.
