During this period, the production process directly determines and affects the physical and mechanical properties of the permeable brick, so it is necessary to take strict checks to return the customer's trust with the best products.
(1) Quality control of raw materials
At this stage, the particle gradation, particle shape, and mud content on the aggregate surface should be controlled severely. In principle, the aggregate gradation is required to be within the scope of the rules, the surface is clean, monotonous, and its strength is high. The cement directly determines the point contact strength between the aggregates, that is, it affects the compressive and flexural strength of the permeable brick. Therefore, it should be selected optimally to ensure economic and reasonable.
(2) Preparation of mixture and production of permeable bricks
For the preparation of the mixture, a general concrete mixer can be selected, and a vertical-axis forced mixer is more suitable. The quality of the mixture should be controlled from the aspect of the mixture ratio, mixing time and mixing time. Both the pressure vibration process and the pressure process can be used for the production of permeable bricks, but the molding process conditions should be strictly controlled.
After demoulding, the permeable brick should adhere to the corresponding humidity. Generally, it should be covered with plastic cloth or stored in a constant humidity maintenance room for a certain period. Because the permeable brick contains about 20% of pores, it is assumed that air and moisture must be moved in the pores arbitrarily, and then a lot of water loss will be formed, which will seriously affect the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the permeable brick.
From the beginning of the raw materials, we must pay attention to the assumption that the output products are not well maintained, then they cannot be used for a long time and have no advantage.
