When paving paving slabs , we will find that some paving slabs will have some black marks. How did these marks come about? Generally, there are two reasons. One is that the internal combustion bricks are at the overlap of two bricks, and the other is that the external coal is too much. The details will be described below:
First, the internal combustion brick is at the overlap of two bricks.
Due to the lack of oxygen, part of the recovery atmosphere is formed, so that some of the bricks show a dark to black mark. This situation is generally called "embossing". Because most brick factories in China use the internal combustion firing process, "embossing" on the appearance of the brick (mostly in noodles) is a common phenomenon. Because the stack of bricks and bricks is in a restorative atmosphere due to the lack of oxygen necessary for the internal fuel incineration, the iron oxides in the body are restored to iron oxide (feo) or ferric oxide (fe3o4). Low price form, so the "embossing" appears blue-gray or black (also lighter purple-red).
Second, too much external coal is deposited on the bottom of the kiln or on the surface of the kiln, and the ash content of the external coal is not completely burned or too much, and the part in contact with the brick is caused by carbon deposition or lack of oxygen, which makes the brick The waveform appears blue or black.
Treatment method: These black marks are not difficult to clean. You can soak them in a detergent for 3 minutes before scrubbing. After the tile cleaner and the stains decompose, they will become loose, and then wipe with a wet towel and the cleaner a little bit. The stains on the appearance of the floor tiles are gone, and the use of floor cleaners will not affect the appearance of the floor tiles, and there will be no change in gloss.
