Landscape tiles are refractory materials with a certain shape and size, and are now widely used in many places. Landscape bricks may be damaged during the manufacturing process, and the cracks mainly occur in the kiln stage. When baking in the kiln, various stresses occur. If the stress exceeds the limit strength allowed by the refractory material, cracks will appear and the landscape brick products will crack. Let us look at the factors that cause damage.
1. Mechanical stress:
The mechanical load acting on the sintered landscape brick is damaged by the inelastic deformation of the sintered landscape brick.
2. Temperature difference stress:
When baking the kiln, there must be a certain temperature difference inside the sintered landscape tiles, and stresses will occur, resulting in cracks.
3. Crystal form change stress:
The sintered landscape brick will change its crystal form in the process of heating. If the crystal form changes too fast and the stress is too large, the sintered landscape brick will crack.
