If the grass planting bricks are boring and incomplete, there are different degrees of problems in the use process, so the boring process should be done well.
Heating stage of the slab. Before the green bricks to be dull formed before entering the dry kiln, the temperature of the green is the temperature in the workshop room. Constant speed boring stage. That is, the free water removal stage is the first stage of the boring process of grass bricks.
When the moisture content in the green body is high, the transpiration of water occurs only on the outer surface of the green body, and the internal water is moved to the outer surface through the capillary pores, insisting that the appearance of the brick is wet. At this moment, the internal dispersion speed of the brick is equal to the external dispersion speed, the boring speed is the fastest, and it is performed at a constant speed, so it is called a constant-speed dry phase. At this stage, the boring speed is equal to the transpiration rate of free water. The boring discharged water is the water between the mud particles of the green body, that is, shortening the water, and the shortening of the green body, that is, the dryness is shortening. Therefore, in the operation of the boring process, special attention should be paid at this moment. If the operation is not proper, the body will be prone to boring cracks or deformation. Speed down boring stage. In the declining and boring stage of brick billet, the moisture on the outside of the billet is equal to the moisture absorbed by the atmosphere, and the transpiration surface gradually shrinks into the capillary channels inside the billet as the moisture decreases, and the boring rate gradually decreases. While boring, the body does not shorten, but only increases the pores accordingly. As the grass planting brick slab does not undergo volume reduction during the drooping and boring stage, the brick slab will not have boring cracks during the drooping and boring stage. Boring equilibrium stage. Under certain boring criteria for grass brick slabs, after the speed-down and boring phase is completed, when the moisture contained in the slab is balanced with atmospheric moisture, the staleness of the slab is in equilibrium. At this time, the slacking rate of the slab is zero, and the slab is boring. The process stops.
