They can be used as sewage pipes in urban construction foundations, and can discharge sewage, flood and drainage, as well as water pipes and farm machinery wells used in some special factories and mines.
Generally divided into: flat mouth reinforced concrete cement pipe, flexible grooved reinforced concrete cement pipe, socket socket reinforced concrete cement pipe, F-shaped steel socket cement pipe, flat mouth ring joint cement pipe, tongue and groove cement pipe and so on. When plastic concrete is used, the wall structure of the pipe is layered after molding, which affects the ability of the concrete to resist the load. The general designation of the concrete is C30, which can also achieve C40. Pipe jacking; When the pipe mold is lying on the centrifuge at high speed during molding, the steel mesh moves with it, which will present two situations that affect the service life of the pipe:
1. When the welded joints of the reinforcement mesh are not strong, running tendons and leaking tendons will appear, so that the pipe body part will show no tendons;
2. It is difficult to center the reinforced mesh after forming. The reinforced mesh is a bit painful, that is, the protective layer of the reinforced mesh is uneven; this process requires a lot of molds to ensure the output. There is an error in the dimensions of each mold. The long-term disassembly and application of the mold will also show large deformation, which results in large errors in the roundness of the pipe, the verticality of the nozzle, the diameter of the pipe, and the length of the pipe, which affects the installation quality of the project, and the leakage will cause the road surface. Subsidence, causing pollution to the soil and groundwater on both sides of the pipeline;
