Application method of cement drainage pipe
1. Measurement: Measure the center line according to the drawing, and the distance between the straight line and the curve is 10m and 5m, and calculate the groove depth and slope.
2. Excavation of trenches: The excavation of trenches is mainly mechanical, artificially assists the origin, slope repair, and pay attention to the 20-30 cm base.
3. Substrate treatment: arrange the debris in the trench, and level and compact the substrate to ensure that the base conforms to relevant rules.
4. Pipeline foundation: After the undisturbed soil has been rammed, we can lay the pipeline directly on it. If the foundation is not good, the foundation should be treated first.
5. Piping device: Select the appropriate pipe, perform seam treatment on the pipe, and arrange the nozzle, so that the hair is wet. When lowering the tube, keep the substrate clean. Then line up the pipeline and calibrate the centerline and elevation
6, anti-corrosion treatment: check the completed pipeline of the device to ensure that there is no problem with the post-processing of the pipe.
