The noise during molding is less than that of the centrifugation process, and the environment at the operation site is more than that of centrifugation. The process is cleaner. The disadvantage is that the wall thickness must be added when making small-diameter pipes to meet the impermeability requirements. Some other defects of the centrifugal process are also the same as the suspension roll process.
③, centrifugal pipe making skills: This skill uses plastic concrete, and the structure of the pipe wall is layered after forming, which has an impact on the anti-load function of the concrete. When the welding point of the steel mesh is not strong, you can run tendons With the leaking ribs, the local part of the cement pipe is free of tendons. After the forming, the reinforcing mesh is not easy to center, the reinforcing mesh is eccentric, and the protective layer is not very balanced. This skill requires many molds to ensure the output value There is an error in the size, and the open mold can be deformed for a long time. Therefore, the roundness of the pipe, the straightness of the mouth, the diameter of the pipe, and the length of the pipe are very different.
