1. The material and manufacturing process of the steel cage are unreasonable
When the cement pipe is used in the construction of the roadbed, it is necessary to accept the effects of compaction equipment, large cranes and other heavy machinery and material trucks without the maintenance of the road surface and the bottom layer; after the highway is opened to traffic, it also accepts the repeated effects of periodic heavy-duty car loads. Especially when the thickness of the fill on the cement pipe is less than 1m and the compaction degree of the backfill of the platform is less than 95%, the fill on the back of the culvert will have a significantly different settlement, and the cement pipe will have a greater impact on the cement pipe during the passage period. Impact load. In addition, at present, the general reinforcement method of the cement pipe skeleton reinforced steel is used. When the cement pipe is centrifugally vibrated, the reinforcement tends to loosen, and the thickness of the maintenance layer of the reinforcement is not sufficient. 2.Maintenance of cement pipes
The method of centrifugal vibration and steam maintenance is a widely used method in the prefabrication of cement pipes. Because of its short maintenance time and short production cycle, it is welcomed by highway builders. However, due to the lack of proper understanding and in-depth research on the methods of steam maintenance, there is no necessary pre-cultivation process during steam maintenance (that is, to allow the concrete to stay at room temperature for a while before the periodic maintenance after molding, so that the product performs some preliminary hydration effects and improves Its initial strength, and then improve the strength of the concrete in the later stage), when the temperature rises and falls suddenly, a large temperature difference occurs inside and outside the concrete, and a large temperature stress is introduced to crack the concrete.
