Talking about the methods of distinguishing the quality of cement pipes. In the process of the factory, cement pipes and other pipes are mainly used for underground support. How do they differ?
The pre-stressed cement pipe is used to moderately stretch the steel bars in the concrete before the concrete is condensed. After the concrete is condensed, the external force is removed, and the steel bars will have a shortened stress in the concrete, making the reinforced concrete stronger and less likely to occur crack.
Self-stressed cement pipes are made of special cement. They are mainly used in self-stressed reinforced (steel wire mesh) concrete (mortar) pressure pipes, and the components are also not prone to cracks. The difference between the two is that the former uses a single steel bar and general cement, and the latter uses steel wire mesh and special cement.
