In terms of the construction methods we are currently using, the construction of cement drainage pipes includes open cut method, pipe jacking method and shield method.
Open cut method, also called slot construction method. Dig trenches according to the measurement and alignment during construction. Generally, small and medium diameter drainage pipes are made of reinforced concrete pipes, and large and medium diameter pipes are made of concrete or brick and stone structures. Because the drainage pipe is a gravity flow pipe, the difficulty of the elevation of the flowing water surface is the key to the quality of the construction, so the construction must be strictly controlled according to the plan. The sewage pipeline must be leak-proof. Leakage inspection is required after the pipeline is completed.
During the construction of the drainage pipeline, the excavation of the road surface, the accumulation of materials and the excavated earthwork will bring inconvenience to the residents' lives, factories, shops and public equipment on both sides of the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to make a good construction organization plan, accelerate the construction progress, and adhere to the orderly construction site. Do not start digging the ditch across the entire line and delay the time. Safety equipment should be set up at the construction site to ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles in the past. Buildings and underground pipelines on both sides of the trench shall have safety protection measures to prevent the two sides of the trench from sinking, damaging the building, and cracking other underground pipelines.
Jacking method. Excavation operation pits in the direction of the inspection well. The pits that are facing the pipe section of the stinger are composed of sleepers and steel plates to form a solid back. For more pipe jacking pits, continuous wall or sinking method can be used for construction. A concrete floor is poured at the bottom of the pit and guide rails are laid. Jacks and irons are placed in the pit. The pipe is placed on the guide rail, and the jacking equipment has been used to jack up the earthwork space in the pipe. This method of digging while jacking is called the pipe jacking method.
Pipe jacking method usually chooses the enterprise mouth pipe or the flat mouth pipe. Before the drainage pipe is jacked in, the hemp braid is used to embed it in the pipe tree D to prevent the pipe mouth from being damaged during the jacking. . After the pipe section reaches the front pit, remove all expansion rings and fill the joint gap with asbestos cement. When the pipe jacking method is used for construction, there is less disturbance to ground activities and underground equipment, less earthwork, no foundation is needed for the pipeline, and the pipeline has better stress conditions. However, because the excavation takes place in the pipe, the diameter of the pipe should not be less than 90mm. Because the pushing resistance cannot be too large, the pipe diameter should not be greater than 2500mm.
Shield method. A shield is a large working tube with an excavator and a jacking device. The lined pipe section is pushed forward as the back seat, and the space left after the pushing is used to line the wall surface, forming the pipe body. At present, large-scale drainage pipes in China have been constructed by shield tunneling.
