For our current urban construction, pipeline products such as cement pipes have become an indispensable source of pipeline information in our field of life and construction. Whether it is a cement pipe, a cement drainage pipe, a large-diameter cement pipe, a reinforced concrete drainage pipe, etc., are our main applications in the cement pipe market. Today, everyone and the editor of the cement pipe manufacturer will take a look at the requirements for information in the application of reinforced concrete drainage pipes.
(1) The design strength grade of pipe concrete shall not be lower than 40 MPa, the pressure test of pipeline anti-seepage performance shall be qualified, and the anti-cracking performance shall meet the requirements of anti-cracking inspection pressure index.
(2) The working surfaces of sockets and sockets are smooth and flat, and some irregularities should not exceed 2mm with a ruler. There should be no honeycomb, slag, nicks, and peeling. The thickness of the protective steel layer must not exceed the height of the rubber stop.
(3) The inner and outer surfaces of the tube shall be free from exposed disks, hollow drums, honeycombs, cracks, peeling, bump ratios, and defects, and the protective layer shall not have hollow drums, cracks, or drops. The outer surface of the tube contains the Vientiane symbol, and there should be a certificate of delivery, indicating the type of pipe, the results of the hydraulic test at the factory, the date of manufacture and delivery, and the seal of the factory quality inspection department.
Cement: Portland cement, ordinary portland cement or slag portland cement with a strength level of 32.5 or higher is selected. Cement appearance stress product certificate and factory inspection statement. After the appearance, the sample should be retested for strength, stability and other necessary performance indicators. The quality must meet the requirements of the current standard (GB 175).
When there is doubt about the quality of the cement or the cement leaves the factory for more than 3 months, it is necessary to perform a retest before use, and use it according to the results of the retest. Different types of cement should not be mixed.
Sand: Use solid, clean, well-graded natural sand with a mud content of no more than 2%. The type and quality of sand should meet the requirements of the current standard "Quality Standards and Inspection Methods for Sands for General Concrete" (JGJ 52), and the sampling experiments should be qualified according to relevant regulations after exiting the field.
