During the construction of the pipeline, the midline of the pipeline to be constructed is determined, and a temporary level is established. Excavator excavation is the main method for trench excavation, and manual bottom cleaning is the supplement. The excavator excavates to a height of about 10cm at the bottom of the trench. It is reserved for the bottom of the trench to not be digged, and then manually removed to repair the bottom of the trench. Manually clear the trough, carefully check the soil at the bottom of the trough for any disturbance, and if there is disturbance, special treatment should be done. On both sides of the trench, 1 m above the bottom of the trench, an elevation pile is symmetrically arranged, and nails of equal height are nailed thereon. The height of the soil on one side of the groove is not more than 2 meters, and the distance from the edge of the groove is not less than 1 meter. For the protection of underground pipelines in trench construction, first ask the relevant departments to cross the pipeline to clarify the basic location of underground facilities, and if necessary, excavate sample holes to find out the exact location.
Construction Steady Pipe: Steady pipe is to stabilize the pipe on the basis of the designed elevation and plane position. Before stabilizing the pipe, remove the debris, water, and the inside and outside of the pipe. When the pipe moves in the groove, the operator cooperates closely to prevent collision. When stabilizing the pipe, the inner diameter and the bottom elevation of the pipe shall prevail.
